I feel the breeze on my face and it brings misty eyes.
In 4 short days, we will load up the car and drive our first born to college...and, leave her there...without us...to start a new season of life. She will be spreading her wings, strengthening her step and forging a new path...and I will be missing her....but can't wait to see what God has in store!
What a bitter sweet day! I wish her all the best in her new adventures. I'm positive she will blossom! You gave her all the tools!

ReplyDeleteAnd she is so precious and so excited! That's the only thing that kept me from bursting into tears at every step in my children's journeys. The knowledge that they were so happy and excited, so I had to be excited with them!! xoxo
