I have been away for the land of blog for a bit. I haven't kept up reading others very much and haven't written. It seems a season of meloncoloy has come and I am stumbling around in the fog that it brings.
Hi, I am a new blogger, but I have been reading for a while now. I came across your site a few months ago, and I enjoy your writings. You have a beautiful home! I haven't hit that roadblock yet, but I'm sure we all do at some point. I'm wondering how I'm going to have things to post about on a regular basis. :-) I am a southern girl, born and bred, too. I'll be back to read more!
I'm a little late in getting here but know that you're always in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you are now feeling better {{{{hugs}}}}
Dark times are "grow" times. Just as the seeds here lie under the cold snow and in icy darkness, they are getting ready to break out in spring! I know this sounds like I'm "glossing over" but I know that YOU know our God is always with us, especially when He seems farthest away. Take care my friend...
I had not found your on-line-journal, when you wrote this. But I know you were not alone in this feeling. So many were feeling poorly, at the end of what seems to be a longgggggg Winter. -sigh-
“True joy isn’t found in having it all together. The good life is rich, slow, real, and flawed.” ― Emily Ley, Grace, Not Perfection: Celebrating Simplicity, Embracing Joy
Oh...please know that I will be praying for you.
ReplyDeleteI can relate to those times!

ReplyDeleteThe cold has been getting me down. I'm stumbling through the days as well. I hope you emerge from the doldrums soon. :)
